We will be offering the following classes to the public to help you get back into shape, and increase your overall wellness!
- Nutrition 101 - Gain control of your nutritional needs in this informative and instructional class. Learn how to look at labels when you shop, and what to and not to get for the overall health of your body, mind, and soul!
- Alternative Wellness - Learn methods of cleansing your body of toxins! Learn about supplements and "nutraceuticals" that are available and how they can help and balance your body functions.
- Slimming down - Learn some very basic and effective movement techniques you can use to slim down and keep off those added pounds!
- Various Exercise Classes - From the basics to learning effective "Muscle Confusion" techniques to build up lean muscle and lose pounds and inches. These classes offer a wide verity of exercises you can take home or to the gym to get into the best shape of your life!
