Visions Massage & Bodywork will be offering the following classes:
- Visions Hot/Cold Stone Massage - Our unique method of using hot and cold basalt and marble stones to produce a profoundly therapeutic effect on the body and mind of the client
- Visions Crystal and Gemstone Therapy - Again, our unique version of gemstone/crystal and energy healing have a profound effect on the body and mind of the client making this a very uplifting and spiritual experience.
- Quantum Touch Live Video Workshop - These are given throughout the year at various times. This method of energy healing has been called "Reiki on steroids" Another energy modality that has had many clinical and proven effects on the body and mind of the client.
- E.F.T - Emotional Freedom Technique.
- Couples Massage - Enjoy learning how to effectively massage your loved one. Both a relaxing and bonding experience for couples.
- Infant Massage - Learn how to effectively bond with and massage your little one! You are encouraged to bring the little ones to the class as well! This is one of the best ways to bond with your little bundle of joy!
- Pregnancy Massage - Couples can learn new and effective ways to massage expectant mothers. This class is both refreshing and nourishing to the body and mind of those mothers-to-be, and a great treat for dad to give!
